MEMORIA VIVA: Día de Muertos Exhibition & Cultural Festival
October 14 – November 21, 2026
Memoria Viva explores Día de Muertos as a living and evolving tradition through themes of memory, ancestry, migration, identity, grief, devotion, and regeneration.
Featuring contemporary artists selected through a juried process, the exhibition brings together painting, mixed media, installation, and collaborative works that explore the people, stories, and cultural roots we carry with us. Their work reflects on how memory can become presence, absence can become connection, and cultural identity can continue to evolve through artistic expression.
Curated by Mariana De La Vega and Karyn Holyk, Memoria Viva invites viewers to reflect on the enduring connections between love, remembrance, and cultural heritage, while honoring the ways those we have lost continue to live through the stories, traditions, and memories we carry forward.
Opening Reception: October 17, 2026 | 5–7 PM
Closing Reception and Awards Night: November 21, 2026 | 5–7 PM
